Foundry & PMSO are given same targets that are publicly disclosed, ie ‘roughly 15%’ - no details beyond that after multiple rounds of business unit meetings.
Has anyone from IFS received the email with the application form link?

Foundry got by without having CPM's for a long time. Overdue to pay the piper.
Foundry got VSP offers so assume they are not safe.

The US side will bear most of it because low costs and BD are ineligible to go. So those teams get hit disproportionately
