this is done by a few former employees who have stolen from the company. They are having a hard time finding new jobs and you can tell how their lives are so amazing LOL.
Literally come to the Phoenix office. It isn’t like this.

I hear AM uses "their" position to rule by intimidation. VP Quid Pro Quo has promoted by filling gaps. It's debaucherous!!

Why is the PHX office toxic?
That office should have been closed!! It is a toxic environment with the very few left in that ghost town. Nothing of value in that place.
Is Phoenix the most toxic office in the company?
This place is the most toxic place I have ever worked. We have leaders that are not held accountable and make up the rules as they go. We have mid level managers that don't know what they are doing, and everyone else gets stuck with the Why the F is this not done yet questions from above. Somebody above has to see this but we have no hope. I have luckily found a job with another company so my time is short here thankfully. I hope they clear the deck and start over. I have seen the West turn into the Worst! Leading by fear, not by knowledge. Good luck.

I hate it here. SoCal is coming to the West to take our work and let us go soon?
Seems the North East is chugging along with record sales every month. Maybe they need to go back regionalized organization with national network.

Couldn’t agree more…there are way too many koolaid drinkers here that working overworking themselves for the sake of a job and expect everyone around them to have the same level of dedication
I wake up everyday wanting to quit. They feed us all lies here in the west and pile more and more work under our belts. We have fake performance reviews where they tell us, “we need to be open and offer help and take on things even when you don’t necessarily have the bandwidth”. This along with so many koolaid drinkers who work till 12am for “job security”…..WTH is wrong with these people?!?
