I saw the link and it has 105 m which I assumed meant 105 million. Following the link and you see in the title of the article it is 10.5 million... They will walk away from that with ease. The hardware can be shipped to another site.
Makes sense that Intel would invest heavily in a corporate data center in an earthquake zone rather than some place geologically sound.

Folsom is a data center so there will always be one Intel building.
It will get closed. No factory, easy to consolidate. The office space will sell.
