All the problems up through today were caused by white people. I'd say this is a step in the right direction
This group has bad reputation. They are good at politics and lying. DEI provides diverse culture and skillsets.Thats what Wellsfargo is lacking.
The bank is having issues because of the leaders in place NOT because of their ethnicity. Let's be real here and not racist. There are good and bad in all .....
