Any idea or inside news on how many are getting early retirement or may apply for CPM?

DB was asked today if the HC reduction can happen again in a year or two. He said, that's very much possible and may happen.
DB said he’d approve all voluntary for GSEM, but I am a bit skeptical
There will be issues with the retirement route as its guaranteed you will be approved whole BU org structure could be decimated from DM down to the technican. People from other BU will be told your moving to another BU
My team of around 25 people has 4 people that say they are taking it, two others seriously taking it and who knows about the more private people. I am very worried about work load if they approve their move
