I am currently in FMLA and short term disability - undergoing cancer treatment. If my group gets affected by CPM actions how can I continue the treatment with health benefits ceased?

They have some HR sessions going on. I believe there was a link where you could contact them. I would try and get all your information in writing and keep this safe, print them out, keep a copy and have a trusted person keep one. You'll need proof if they try and change their story. Intel offers 18 months of premium insurance. I don't think your FMLA covers longer than that anyway.
