I wouldn’t blame this on Bob. He was forced to be CEO & CFO in July 2018 after dealing with the BK debacle. Bob never claimed to be an Engineer & the Board used him as a placeholder. Bob watched the $$ closely & seemed to genuinely care about the employees & customers. He got 18 months in the role before Omar got greedy & didn’t feel the stock price was rising fast enough & decided to have the cou to bring in Pat. They should have made Pat keep Bob as CFO. Pat never felt genuine to me. He brought in his neighbors & buddies to run the show & surrounded himself with yes men & yes women while he was burning thru cash & stock (hence why the CFO that Bob S had hired left so quickly- he wasn’t going to be one of Pat’s “yes men!” So they found someone who did - Dave Z! So sad - what a mess! Omar should take responsibility- but we haven’t heard a peep from that dude!!! He made sure to bask in glory as he announced the return of PG!!

The worst mistake in Intel history that the company is still reeling from today is BK turning down EUV.

Who put the Finance guy in that role. That is the guy to blame. Truth is all the problems are at executive level and all the people paying the price are workers while the executives are rewarding themselves millions even today.
