Can't wait till August 14th. Tired of getting treated like an afterthought, spoken to disrespectfully by management, not getting any gratitude or thank yous for all the hard work I put...it's mentally draining. So ready for this VSP.

Verizon was the most toxic and backwards place I’ve ever worked. Anyone that thinks the environment is “normal” will never pass an interview at a normal company.
The d-mb cowards that brag about their decades of time are the ones that will be shocked when they go job hunting. They’re decades behind in industry knowledge and in their psychological development. Anyone with brains or ba--s leaves after a couple of years. Get your money and never look back
You poor thing. How many years have you been here? The whole "best friend at work" and "boss has to thank you every day" for the job you're being paid to do is a relatively new thing. If you think other companies the same size are different, you're probably in for a big surprise when you go job hunting.
You get a pay check and benefits right? There is the only real thank you any job is gonna give you.
While I’m not concerned about lack of fake appreciation to get better survey results and pretend engagement I’m going to take the 14th off to avoid being too happy at work.
