Companies Are Slashing Management Roles, Is Unbossing A Career Ki-ler? https://www.forbes.com/sites/lizelting/2024/08/06/companies-are-slashing-management-roles-is-unbossing-a-career-ki-ler/
It would make sense for this bloated company to do this. Many years ago I worked directly with the engineers in my groups. I had no supervisor and we were all equal. It made collaboration much easier. We had no supervisor above us that did not know the technology we were working on. It was wonderful. I could bring ideas up without going through some arrogant supervisor to squash. Many times my
ideas are not implemented or even tried because the boss did not come up with it. I think the supervisors are here just to monitor us and get us ready for the door as one said to me. They will give us enough rope to hang ourselves said again. Lovely people and company.

Imagine the cost savings dumping LTA SLS. How about letting workers rank them? I’d stay here just to watch the fun and enjoyment and watch them all of sudden change like a chameleon
