H1bs better watch out. The village folk have their pitch forks out.
You could thin the herd by reporting violations of H-1B workers to USCIS. H-1B and their family can be deported for a few reasons.

- Lying about education or employment history.
- Fraud in H-1B application. Did the filed paperwork list the H-1B is to be employed as a Research Scientist, but when hired they really were put to entry level Equipment Engineers.
- Plagerism. You could audit internal research publications and notify immigration if their papers contain plagerism.
- If an H-1B is working a side job. They can only be employed by one employer.
There may be more, but any violator should be reported.
