Transformed ABU from disfunctional, high cost but high returns BU. Pushed hard to help transform wider but the dinosaurs and jobs for life for 4 generations and onwards people can’t cope with a realistic outsourcing model, oh and he wasn’t born in the USA, I bet he got an amazing golden handshake and like others have said he will emerge somewhere else as a leader.

he was simply fired as he was an absolute disaster - and good riddance.

They are all forced out, with a good package!

It appears to me that he didn’t “retire”, but was was forced out.

I remember NH in Abu and he said he likes winning so much that he doesn’t even let his son win. How sad. Good riddance

Some execs have quit ina huff or been fired but ended up in much more successful careers elsewhere. Pat Woertz and Glenn Tilton come to mind.

@1rnc hit it on the nose. High-level failed managers who are going nowhere are allowed to “leave honorably” and go on to fail at other companies or industries. Some become “consultants” to tell other companies how to fail. Guaranteed, all three of our “leaving senior VPs” (especially RM) will soon show up elsewhere to spread their ‘successes of failure’.

What does MN do all day? He’s busy requesting Power BI dashboards to view data that shows his value. 🤣🤣🤣

These people don't retire. They move onto another executive position based on all their fabulous accomplishments. The place is going down the tubes but they're paid millions. If they're all so smart, why isn't the place humming like a Swiss watch. I can't figure out what MN does all day. He was completely useless during the 2020 Transformation.

Apparently , MN is a di-k and EB is an id--t and MW knows it. As a result, the pressure to deliver was put on NH shoulders only, especially since he gave all of the promises with opg integration and leading performance, none of which worked and both were NH ideas.

Why would you stick around if EB has been anointed the next CEO and MW is overstaying his tenure? Better off being CEO at another company and calling the shots.
