Does anyone outside or HR actually get these surveys?
I got it twice. I'm in engineering.
None of the questions are related to layoffs. If you honestly fill out these surveys then your evaluation should be the same, before and after a layoff announcement.
I doubt these employee surveys factor in a lot.
They do get publicised outside - and it always confounds me why an ethically corrupt company can come top!
