The worst run HR. People who are not qualified calling the shots.

This is why there are so many lawsuits!

Hire people who have the correct experience and college degrees in that field!
What a disaster!

Recruiting has been a disaster since covid and HR.

It’s happening next week all depts. this place has been grossly mismanaged from very top all the way down to ops. Saw this coming when they overpaid for teslas with no charging infrastructure or ability to order parts for poorly built model 3s that have been nothing but problems, teslas service is horrible too. Uber/lyft rents cars to deadbeats whose cars get repod trashed and damaged. Surprised I haven’t went bankrupt already again. Fu-k that place.

My recruiter just shared the same message in the west all offers being pulled back no more hiring for any roles. Things going bad to worse so start looking for new work now. Its not if you will be laid off its when.

More of a question than a comment. For people caught up in this RIF, will they be eligible for unemployment benefits?

On Friday evening our recruiter called and said they were having to cancle offers for people who were already about to start and others that had accepted an offer with us. Our location is so understaffed so this was disappointing. She said she has been looking for another job and pretty much told me to do the same. I moved my family to Florida to be a manager and I regret everything.

Every mid level management role is at risk. Those above director level as always safe.

All 3 business lines. Sept Rif
Bare bones. Expect branches with 2 employees including manager to do it all. No matter the size.

Hiring frozen, can't replace either.

I'm hearing about almost 800 field employees/managers by end of the month.

Sales will surely get blown up. HR and recruiting already down to basically no one. Expecting more HLE locations to go dark.

On a call Friday afternoon with VP and finance. Major layoffs coming as they project fleet to be down 10-15%! Frontline and counter staff at airports and HLE. Skeleton crews and bare bones until profit and share price turn around!
