You can tell who the oracle lovers are here. Anyone that says oracle’s operations or structure are a positive never worked anywhere good. The mgmt has been terrible for decades. A ton of the roles are just bean counter or excel sheet masters. Haha

Well. To those who were accusing this site of fake news. I was let go after being setup by a useless Manager. The key to survival in the OCI organization is not personal merit, but rather your membership in one the prevailing Mafia groups.

Another month and another layoff prediction post void of any actual facts. Keep up the good work guys!

Reminds me of all the predictions that the stock price would drop to single digits

The next few months will be very interesting.
Lots of media which will help
Promote the book. The story has a few interesting twists. It’s been a long time and will be nice when this is over and justice will finally be served. Hoping this story will make a difference and AICPA will make serious internal accounting to control materially scope in audit procedures for Billlion dollar Corps.
AI audit tools should help
All who were harmed will finally have closure and hopefully peace. Proceeds from book will go to victims.

173,290 employees. Wow.
No wonder a Gov’t agent is interested in going after corrupt middle mgmt
It’s gold mine for them. They can meet their quotas and get promoted. One will snitch on others
Oracle’s reputation for lack of accountability makes it easy to find individuals that take advantage of company.

You will not feel to shinny if you are 1 of the 10K

Shiny object syndrome (SOS) is a continual state of distraction brought on by an ongoing belief that there is something new worth pursuing. It often comes at the expense of what's already planned or underway.

“ 10k represents less than 6% of the total workforce, that's not really a dent. “

HEARTLESS

Explains a lot about Oracle.

What is the source of this statement. Does the hiring freeze effect all of Oracle or only certain divisions?

Whether they care or not they will not defend and will certainly terminate a mid level mgmt individual that has stolen from the Corp, put the company in jeopardy of potential lawsuits and is possibly invoived and receiving funds from an illegal family business.

In lay terms.....Oracle lays people off to show profit or save money. They dont care about the customer experience. Just money. The mgmt team are incompetent and that's putting it nicely.
