Thread regarding ExxonMobil Corp. layoffs

Unoriginal Executoves

Do our executives have any original thoughts? Seems they outsource all the thinking to consultants.

This forum keeps touting that building in India will be lower quality. The only proof of lower quality has been engineering or management by American companies.

Valdez, horizon… if I go back more years union carbide…

I think exxons processes seem to ki-l any critical thinking brain cells, specially judging by this forum

Xom executive is really just another way to say OWD at being entitled, greedy, and dishonest. Unlikely that most of them tell their kids the compromises they have made to make their money

Yes a new Valdez or a BP horizon failure. It's coming just watch. It will be OK they will just shift blame to India. I think the next bo-m will be in gyuanna. We have already had some compressor explosions failures. India should just remotely monitor and operate all operations in south America. Lots of cost savings there. He directors remember this was my idea first. Put it on your pds or eads.it will make you a superstar.

Current trending Executive thoughts:

Hire in India at low cost and low quality

Engineer in India at low cost and quality

Buy in India at low cost and quality

Build in India at low cost and quality

Seems like a recipe filled with root causes cooking up a Valdez level event.

They soon will blame BTC as they are the ultimate scapegoat. Everyone should blame BTC for their failures. WOW I just found the way to success at excon blame the low cost countries. Out source all your work and blame BTC if it fails. If it succeeds then take all the glory. This is a no lose situation. Or blame the outside consulting companies and labs.

When things go bad and the board is pi---d oft, you can then blame it on McKenzie and other consultants who are telling the same thing to everybody else so it’s not really a Exxon problem it’s just the way it is.
