Pat mentioned about benchmarking headcount within teams at Intel vs competition. The very basis of DE was formed based off the benchmarking of headcount at TSMC, this was mentioned by GP in one his QGS. Does this mean DE has the right headcount and no one will be impacted as DE is still under headcount wrt completion?

DE is bloated. There are other groups at intel doing similar functions. Time to consolidate.
