For all of you nonbelievers and those in denial the big layoff is coming. For the

Motor Company and Ford Credit.

1mnh+1tXUlo1g do you have a dr-g addiction? If so then you need to share those dr-gs with the rest of us. because we don't see it. First BF although a nice guy is in way over his head. fired by his own family back in 06 (public record). df professional job hopper. never stayed around long enough to give us confidence. jf. been here sine 09 yet has not brought what he learned at Toyota to ford. complexity out of control.
But what really gets me how come they add a third plant to build super duties instead of building additional mavericks in Oakville. a product that is in demand and affordable.
sorry a $142bn in debt, if you stayed off the crack then we might have a vision. we don't see it. products way over priced the very customer base that ford appeals too can not afford an f-series anymore.
therefore time for new BOD & Leadership.

There’s no layoff coming. JF is doing a fantastic job. BF is a visionary. The BoD is spot on in supporting everything these two patriots do. And DF is leading Ford to a brighter, electric future. Relax Ford is in good hands.

If you work at an EV/battery plant you probably should update the resume. We’ll see if it hits the lines that make the gas guzzlers

It really depends on how the economy (with an eye on car sales) does and political pressure on the woke management team.

Unless a whole gaggle of companies start massive staff reductions, don't expect a big culling until after November 5.

Of course it’s coming. But without a date you’re not providing any value. It could be this month, next month, or next year.
