My guess is:
ER : ~5000
VSP : ~10000
ISP : ~3000-5000
2nd Tsunami next summer 2025
Now imagine if Pat had offered the ER silently over the last three years. Intel could have easily shed over 5000 people who were incidentally also the top earners.
