I don't see a future here for anybody who wants to advance his or her career through hard work. Those who like to kiss the right behinds will continue to thrive here and those who are hard workers will be doing all the work for no reward. The only smart thing is to leave.

BC due to deliver more vids 8/26?
You thought hard work and loyalty is how you got promoted lol. GTFO. Move on get another job. I’m mean this whole heartedly NO ONE cares. People at work are not your friends. See how many stay in touch when you leave. Get over yourself you’re not that important.
No one left. They know crown is the best option out there.
I work in NE Fiber, JM is the only “big hitter” from sales that left unexpectedly after the last lay off that I know of.
PMs are big hitters??? LOL!
lol he’s b***hurt I said don’t he cryptic. This page is full of initials..
No PMs have left in the east so the big hitters are still here.
Big hitters leaving is signs that the end is near. The sale is at hand and they want to get out before the blood bath starts.
Cryptic? You can’t put specific names/initials/positions or they remove the posts, look at your LinkedIn and figure it out.
who from the NE is leaving? No reason to be cryptic on here.
Some longtime big hitters leaving in the North East, no surprise
I think the poster was referring to the company store sale that will start August 26th.
Good thing I finished my safety and security training.
Now they can lay me off.
Bro f*ck off with these random date drops and nothing else. So unhelpful
I agree.. The industry is crumbling, and we’re shoveling dirt on its grave. Instead of fortifying our foundations with innovation and process refinement, we're opting for a short-term, destructive approach: dismantling our workforce. It's a myopic strategy, treating human capital as an expendable commodity rather than the lifeblood of our organization. We're sacrificing long-term growth and stability at the altar of immediate cost reduction. By focusing solely on eliminating people, the most unreliable, inconsistent, and costly resource, we overlook the potential of our workforce to drive innovation, improve efficiency, and ultimately, save the company. He-l, I need to put it as a separate post.
Somebody told me they wanted Crown Castle to become a household name, what a joke, has become a laughing stock that any sensible human runs away from after 4 rounds of layoffs and a CEO dump. Household trash can.
What is happening on august 26?!? Just say it here
Please do tell, i'd like to know your predictions. So far this site has been pretty spot on.
I'm leaving 8/30. Sad about it because I've been here for 14 years but what am I supposed to do?
August 26th stay tuned
JB? Is this you?
I’m going to stay and make Crown great again.
I have never seen a company corrupt with so much nepotism my entire career.
Do people think crown is the only place where people get hired based on politics if the manager likes them?
If you are that miserable I believe wholeheartedly that leaving is a good option. Wait until you find out other companies are just as messed up in different ways. What’s the future hold? We will see.
I agree with this.
The only ones who can easily leave and find other jobs are the younger ones with less time invested at Crown who also have college degrees and live in big cities.
To me it seems like most workers still at Crown are clinging on for dear life because they have been in their roles for 10+ years and now are seeing tenured coworkers in Network div being laid off all over the country. These job clingers are stuck here until they are let go because they are age 45+, never worked outside of fiber industry, no college degree, or only have associates degrees from for-profit trade schools. These are the people who need to step out of their comfort zones and find new jobs asap.
