Does anyone have insight into the reason mileage reimbursements were halted/frozen for almost 3 weeks?

When we travel or make business purchases. We have company credit cards and everything! Personal vehicle business mileage has always been reimbursable.

CFAS conversion to the Cloud has halted payments until the conversion is completed. I'm not sure how smart it is to convert more things to the cloud knowing the data leaks that have occurred, but ATT is not known for being smart.
