From this so called pool of talent, we hired a manager that repeatedly said “pacifically” over the course of an hour long meeting. Smfh. Should be immediate grounds for termination.

We used to have some of the brightest minds in asset servicing and custody. Men and Women who were published, educated and peerless leaders. Now ‘pacifically’ speaking, we have talking blab bots who’s best skillset is getting paid. You can find better heads in a cabbage field than here.
We had a girl on our team who used to say “intensive purposes” and she put her notice in. They bumped her up two levels to get her to stay because she would tell everyone how much work she did.
