Bonus, salary increase, RSU refresh are usually notified in early Sept, have all those numbers been determined already now?

Well if you know anything about the industry in which companies actually do well and don’t keep needing to layoff - refreshers are grants given every year.
Chuckie and Fran should stop her stooges from letting employees dream about how the company would do without the likes of her and chuckle shutting off with the monies. And not growing the company at all
WTF is an RSU "refresh"? RSUs are granted, not "refreshed".

It really depends on your manager and how much of a risk they think you are. I was in a system admin role with root permissions on EVERY Unix/Linux server anywhere in Cisco's Eng IT domain. While my root access and other admin permissions were revoked, I still have access to my laptop, email, VPN (back before Zero Trust enabled non-VPN access to stuff), internal Intranet, etc.
In all my years there, I've only known 2 people who had that happen to them like that and they were both contractors, not employees. I'd call BS on your statement, but it's possible they were considered a risk and/or their boss was a major pr--k.

I only got a worthless raise and zero stock last year so if you got stock you're lucky

It was really bad for me last year in terms of my raise and refresher on RSUs. This year feels even worse though, so my expectations are very low unfortunately.
This forum discussion is about people getting stabbed in the back by Cisco, so raise is not important. x% raise on 0 = 0! As for RSUs, Cisco takes most of them back!

It is all about the ELTs any more.
