Are there any HC10 roles that won’t be moved to India? People were saying to work in operations but even field offices are now overrun with expats from India.

BTC engineers being moved into all US refineries and Campus. Taking those jobs in person that must be done locally.
Possibly some roles in P&GA will stay. The grunt work of P&GA will shift to India and external experienced hires will become the model as there won’t be a way to train new hires in HC10 countries anymore.
It’s interesting that we are told not to use “low cost” in any discussions or presentations regarding the movement of work to BTC or KLTC , however it’s perfectly ok to reference HC10 in this same discussions and presentations.
I think the next outside hire Executive will be from India.
Triple crown: not a HiPo, not a BTC, not an HC10.
@1ihz+1taEvNFZ Not even executives are safe anymore. Exxon is hiring outsiders for these positions now. All the HiPos have very little chance of moving up these days. The good days at Exxon are over.
Any job position that cannot be moved to India can be filled with an impatted BTC employee. Except Executives, they are safe.
I think moving the TSA would be a smart move.
Management Committee
There is a reason why it is called HC10. Upper management will see to it, that it gets replaced by cheaper labor force.
Monkeys are overrunning all roles. Trump over DW or one of his executives and take over one of those roles and you would be safe. The rest? No chance!
