how did you come back to Nike getting paid less? I got RIFed in phase 2 but would have taken a paycut to stay honestly.
What grade?
I left Nike at $87 an hour but got hired back at $60 an hour. They are desperate to save money.
Depends what kind of manager. Product? Team? Large team? Etc.
I am a manager and I get paid 125k. 50% less than what i was making pre Nike
