Depending on your area and acronym- an EISP or EIPP is a contractual phrase referring to a package for union employees. An Enhanced Income Security Plan or Enhanced Income Protection Plan. In plain speak , it’s an offer that is mutually agreed upon to allow a union employee to leave the business with a financial incentive.
