Go to town!
I whole heartedly agree. Employee turnover tells you a lot about the managers lack of leadership abilities.
Trim them down 3 to 1, then the ratios will be better. Cut 2 for every 3 managers, leaving 1.
@2avf+1tdb5ceW Yes, it is heartbreaking to see corporations being a tool for the few on the top, the ruling class, to enslave so many conciancious and kind people spending the prime of our years to be leveraged. A mirror of the society at large.
@anp+1tdb5ceW, that is a great idea. All leadership positions should have term limits and they need to be voted in (confidentially and anonymously).
Don't ever call them boss. They like to be called boss and they become more arrogant.
Yeah, there are no leaders among the executive class at WF. Not anymore. Just selfish little evil men.
Stop calling them leaders. Just stop it.
Leaders and managers should be elected and voted in every two years
Database online with reviews.
We need a perfectly apolitical and non-profit style of Consumer Reports for rating all jobs, company cultures, leadership styles, etc.
They should be fully versed in the complete science of work and how it may differ at various sized companies and industries.
This would be exactly the opposite of whatever Wells Fargo did to get on LinkedIn's Best Places to Work list.
They work exactly like the 3 letter agencies. "We investigated ourselves and have determined we did nothing wrong". 20%+ raises as a result.
Objectively? Employee turnover is an obvious one. Managers often try to mask this by categorizing it into voluntary or not, but it all points to back to incompetence of the manager.
