Did y’all see that new shinny red logo! A joke right? They probably spent days in the board room to figure that out…

Well here’s what’s really coming! This company wants to sell pretty much every function to HCL Tech. Do a little research and realize once you’re on the HCL payroll there is no sweetheart VSP. You are now owned by India.

So managers need to wake up! If you see this coming there needs to be a union / management walkout and holdup! The union isn’t going to allow our company to be sold to India. They already sold most of IT now they are coming for operations and all client services groups!!!

Shiny things, management shuffles, daily policy changes, surveys, perfect decks with some negatives on page 72, new playbooks, new visions, new consultants (hey let's all do open space), no new revenue, Versions 1.5, 2.0, ....Go90 ra ra, let's be a tech company!, great workers leaving or pushed out, nothing left - same old story. All jobs but management will go overseas or to AI so time to plan a way out.

Ask the folks in Cary NC that were just sold to HCL. They were the group that handles all the VZ accounts for the large banks, capital one, BOA, ect… You think VZ is worried about India having access to sensitive data. Do your own research VZ is selling pretty much every support role of the company to HCL. So you better beg for that VSP because HCL isn’t giving you a VSP a year from now.
