I know of no one that has officially gotten their ranking. Have heard allot of , my boss told me I will be taken care of , or people demanding EXL. What in the world. Can’t wait till this is over.
My supervisor gave me a heads up that it is coming. We actually planned it. We are friends and I have another job lined up so he helped me get a sweetener on exit!
The 401 match was nice, but other than that, it’s liberating. That match likely to be “benchmarked” and pulled back a bit per KM soon.
