HR doesn’t send you the exit interview survey form because they want to improve the company and prevent resignations. It is sent to document that you aren’t leaving for a reason you could later sue the company for. Think things like hostile workplace or s-xual harassment. That is all they want to document. There is no interest in why you are leaving beyond co forming you won’t try sue later.

OP there aren't enough people left in HR for an exit interview. It's the well-known Darren effect.
And if you take the PIL, you don’t get an exit interview! 😂
You should never participate in an exit interview unless required to get a package or some benefit. While it’s tempting to think you will change something by getting things off your chest and venting, the process at ExxonMobil is only collect evidence to protect the company in the future.
Correct. Exit survey is to protect the company, not to understand why people don’t want to work here anymore. Complaints? Take a number. We don’t care.
