Only thing I can think of is paternity leave which was implemented after I had all my kids under the old policy which was five days including weekends!

Looking back over 37 years the main problem is the trust is gone. I can also say most people don't work as hard as they used to, just getting by with fuss and fanfare.
Anyone getting RSU’s now gets a one time lump sum pension payout that mirrors your other pension formula. CL26-29 this will be a ballpark check for $50k+ at retirement. This went into effect last year. That’s new.
Better parking spot optionality has certainly improved.
I would argue that people that have been at exxon for a long time su-ked this place dry and basically fu---d the younger people. Now younger people get 100 shares of stock for working their a-s off. So what... You got 25 years of over pay and benefits.

I did forget about the RSU expansion but again, doesn’t help me due to my CL. Helps young people. Old people just get less.

Work from home was not something that most folks could actually do. I know some had a great manager that would allow it, but the vast majority of people were told to take a vacation day if they wanted to work from hom.
