i'm not surprised
in some lobs especially CCB and CIB, we're bloated with way too many devs overlapping work with product and business analysist -side note: we don't even know what the scrum masters are doing-- just kissing the ED's a** perhaps?
Simple soln: kick the majority of Turmerics out - they've been a distrubance in the workplace; also as one MD noted, there's TOO many VP middle managers doing nothing but only asking way too many d-mb questions
