Thread regarding Intel Corp. layoffs

Why intel leaders don’t addressed employees concern

A lot of people I see here are frustrated with their pay (I’m dont really like it but not frustrated). Why management don’t address internally so employees don’t come out here posting as a therapy session?

I blame CP for giving money then taking it away. What a FUBAR move.

Wasn't this addressed in multiple forums? Internal research indicates compensation meets or beats peer competitors. Instead of believing the BS on online forums, go talk to a real NVIDIA or AMD employee and you will know for sure.

Only low pay people like to stay at Intel so they can have a reason to complain and whine all days. That is why Intel from top company down to the bottom low performance because of low pay.

Why do they care if they can earn millions of dollars to just bullsh-t and make wrong decisions to setup for failures so they can lay off low class, low earning employees like you to whine all days long for the sake of corrupted declining company. They seem not to care so why you should care?

Also, why did they get rid of free food in the cafeterias? Almost all tech companies have this for no charge to employees

Top answer, they couldn't care less. They are more concerned about how much cash they can get. you are on your own.

Buddy, 131K is too high a head count. It can easily be cut into half for the same output.

Alogorithm for failure

  1. pay less than the competition
  2. good people leave for better pay elsewhere
  3. many people that stay are total LOSERS and act like total losers by doing a HALF A$$ job and engage in “quiet quitting”
  4. products turn out late and buggy
  5. revenue falls
  6. repeat until bankrupt

Great job Pat! And BK and all of the other m0rons that ever made top level decisions at Intel.

I'm OK with my pay, I dont give much effort for it anyway.

I just enjoy the fun of giving out with the rest of the doomsters

Intel is in an existential struggle. This is the worst possible time to be whining about pay.
