I seem to recall the number of TR employees stated in Wikipedia in 2020 as being around 23,200. I see that figure in Wiki for 2023 is now 25,600. Interesting. I'll leave it up to you to digest all of this.

A lot of hiring in Poland and Mexico City for CIO - Service Management. A few hundred jobs in the future and past year or so. Insourcing some IT Service functions. All low cost locations.
Frisco, Texas anyone? Ukraine has office space available too, you may have to duck from time to time.
They are hiring. The issue is that it is only in "low cost locations".
There is no breakdown by division or business unit. However I have a strong feeling this is only attributed to their acquisitions over the past few years and possibly by acquiring talent in places with lower compensation requirements.
