I spoke with some and they say resurvey result show compensation unhappiness. What do you think?

Intel pays in the top 30%. Sometimes higher for good talent. We won’t be the top so get that out of your mind. If you are not happy with top 30% you should go find another job. I too was unhappy with my Intel salary but I am still here. Intel has a lot of other things like gold health insurance that saved my kids life. Intel is a good company that is struggling right now. No one is getting pay increases until rewards in 2025. Work hard and you will get what you deserve.
Didnt someone say that the average NVDA engineer's total compensation is similar to an Intel engineer with comparable seniority? Intel probably is very generous with the total amount of RSU's to enable employees to match or beat NVDA compensation with their stocks.
