So, now we are being offered an incentive to for quarter 3. That's all good and well, but how do we go about meeting all the impossible demands that the company puts in front of us. There are simple solutions to get us out of this hole they've put us in.
- give us back control of our order writing. If we can't handle it, replace those that can't or train them properly to do what we were hired for from the beginning
- re-train those that can't handle the job or have them step down so they can see what is necessary to get it done
- quit being greedy and pay everyone properly for everything you want throw on them.
- if you are going to move forward with Mission 1, adapt to what we need to succeed not to what you want to cut costs on
- go back to being the company everyone held in high regard and was proud to be a part of or do business with because that is not at all who we are now
I'm sure there are more changes coming . If they're something good, only time will tell.
