Everybody knows there has been a decline in overall performance since WFH was adopted. Clearly the practice has been abused by many. With no oversight, it was easy for those folks to do a lot less work than their on site counterparts. I know it's a hot button topic and it offends a lot of people, but, the truth is the truth whether you agree or not. Hybrid and WFH employees were just not carrying their weight and that is the truth. The pandemic is over and it's time to go back to work. It you're a top performer, you've got nothing to worry about. If you've been "working" from the beach, the poolside, or your boat or in your pajamas, the party is indeed over. I hope your business attire still fits you. You'll need it for those job interviews.

If L3H is desperate for people to stay then why are they forcing everyone to come back into the office? They have no idea what they're doing. You do major layoffs after Cube and other insiders dump ~$6.5M in stock, close 5 offices, outsource 40% of your IT staff, sell off part of the company, and then you force people to come back to work?

We were told it was due to hybrid/remote work causing a "decline in program performance". Sure, the decline in program performance certainly wasn't due to all of the above causing lack of morale and drive eye-roll.

SNC Sierra Nevada Corporation was awarded a 13 billion dollar contract for the doomsday planes that runs through 2038. Check this company out! L3HARRIS won't be doing the avionics on this one. Kicked out of the sandbox. If you haven't left yet, time to go now.

Don’t know about that. They’re still turning down pay review requests with no regards or care if people leave and the impact on the business.
Everyone is replaceable, low pay, no care for employees, bad culture. These things don’t change overnight.

The harsh reality is that It’s all about the bottom line as usual, as long as the decision makers are cashing in it’s all that matters.

Layoffs are over…SNC is snapping up & stealing currently employed L3H employees left and right since winning the Doomsday Contract…
L3H is now begging people to stay and not leave.
So many people have left L3H for SNC in last month and a half that it made up for the other 5% savings needed.

Imagine that. The director of operations walks into work and is told that a large portion of the employees have ghosted the company.
Gone without notice.
Nothing illegal about that
It would make headlines the company deserves.
