The self-enrichment of the BOD and the C Suite is so nauseating but has gone on so long that each successor thinks they can get to get even more from the hog trough and to he-l with the employees or shareholders.

If the BoD wanted to turn this company around, they would have replace Stink, the moldy crust on this T U R D sandwich long ago. But they don't, because they are getting their bank accounts loaded just like Ratty and Stink are.
If we want to turn this company around we need to start by cutting the crust off this tu-d sandwich.
