Audits

In your club, who does the monthly audits for the floor ?? In my club it is whoever .. it is getting frustrating . These item audits are ridiculous . Why can’t we just do full audits instead of dropping the same pallets month after month doing these item audits . Did a HBA audit and I had to drop 36 pallets last month only to pull down the same pallets this month . Doesn’t seem very efficient if u ask me . Our clubs last inventory was bad. Why can’t they bring back the audit team . Our inventory was a lot better back then .

Technology. Why pay a team when a computer tells everyone exactly what to count… and Audit teams fudged numbers for entire year and then numbers exploded on inventory day.

The company’s goal is to out-sell shrink so count your lil item audits and get busy stocking empty shelves.

Honestly it was easier with category audits. With category audits, we just picked a day, dropped everything, counted it all and were done with it for at least a few months. Now every week we have to drop the same mixed pallets to count the new item audits they give us to do. It's ridiculous!

AM merchandise is in charge at my club for audits. We are also in charge of signs, mixes and what ever else they can throw on our plate. We are beyond stressed

@OP+1tqwTuAz, "Why can’t they bring back the audit team . Our inventory was a lot better back then".
Without an audit team, It's much easier for corporate to change on hands without anyone noticing. Doing so will obviously effect associate sam's share--something corporate does not want to pay out.
Also, most audit teams were made up of long term associates. an easy way to get rid of veteran higher paid associates is just eliminate their jobs.
If you were to look at club inventories after they eliminated audit, you can bet they have all been worse.
