I acknowledge people grow and learn from their mistakes.
That said, the deep and impactful RIF strategy of Steven Moskowitz is nothing new to his leadership style.
As the leader of ATC, he enacted the same strategy and cut office after office... Reducing ATC to rubble.

Guy is bozo with a fake resume. He did not graduate from college.
Direct experience with SM was he wouldn’t lift a finger when asked to assist with his prior company, NextG’s deployment efforts in his own hometown in MA when there was municipal resistance to deployment there. Happy to not be around for his recent reintroduction to Crown long after they purchased NextG.
Totally agree SM was a jerk, could care less about people pr culture cut majority of accounting people just to hire ones from his home state and had them fly out to CA every other week to learn their jobs when he was at NextG. He is a tyrant!!
