I can’t push harder or be a good employee anymore. With no financial incentive, what’s the point? It’s a waiting room until we all eventually get laid off. I am just desperately grasping for some motivation right now. I miss the old happy vibe this company gave me years ago.

If you are unhappy. You can always leave and find a new job….
I still remember having a conversation with the GM of my program in a bathroom at the company meeting in Vegas in 2019 about how happy I was that I found this company. When I joined 2U, I was looking for a career home and I thought I found it. Seems like a distant memory now. I cannot wait to leave.
