There will be 20K more heads leaving Dell per the rumor mill in the next few months. How do I know? I'm one of 'em from the the last quarter! Tagged myself as remote and so they moved my role overseas. North-America employees matter not to this company.

I don’t believe WARN gets triggered if the company pays the 8 weeks of base severance in lieu of notification. They aren’t writing checks out of the goodness of their hearts.
