Intel ELT has a long history of denying survey results when they don't like what they are telling them. BK's solution was simply no more surveys.
"I don't know about you, but when I see useless managers and Indian nepotism hires making 200k/year doing absolutely nothing, "underpaid" is not the word I'd use."
I think most of the words that I would use would be censored by the land of free speech.
It is like some sickening clown show where you hope that the tent would just collapse.
"It's a sacred cow."
It's now a broke cow with cancer.
Intel may want to raise base pay of workers. Do we have the money for that? I doubt
Yeah ok we'll get right on that.
It's always the Indians ruining it for everyone else
Yes both nepotism and DEI hiring obsession have impacted our execution and results.
But no one can ever prove it.
It's a sacred cow.
Our base pay and comp is in the top 75% in the industry. Produce some results and get Intel back again and you will get bigger bonuses and stock appreciation. If you want to just complain about pay and not produce the results we need,,,,don’t let the door hit you.

No - pay is not an issue. Pat and Christy both said.
you have to produce something decent before you get paid
If they pay you what you deserve it will probably be less than you are getting now. Don't believe me? Apply for external jobs and see what you get offered that is IF you get any offers. Intel is s-cking in every business aspect why would they even consider increasing compensation?
They wont Don’t you know by now that the results of that survey will be made to be the employees problem.
