My team was bullied into completing also. I gave excellent feedback on the whole survey regardless of how I actually feel because I 💯 think they know who submits what, there’s no way it’s anonymous when they can hand the scores to my supervisor who has only 4 direct reports.
Our department manager literally said at a forum “the survey results were so positive that I don’t believe them”. What utter BS.
They force us to finish it. :(
Here in BTC we all completed the survey promptly because we truly love DW. He's giving us your work and we love it like that. Go BTC go. BTC rocks.
I used the open text box to complain about what a waste of time the survey is since it's rigged to give management the results that they want. We all know that they don't care about us or what we think. In their minds we're just overhead needing to be cut as much as possible.

I’m amazed they still have one box that allows open text comments. I’m sure is it nothing but comments on the cr-p ranking system. I actually like my boss so I hate that they have to look at the results which are 100% aimed at corporate culture and not my team. I’d love to create clarity that my dislike is HQ level re--rds.

We had multiple reminders from management highlighting our group was lagging behind
I think Global Projects was 91% Sheeples.
We had meetings and they fed us lunch in BR to force us to complete the survey so not really voluntary at this point.
Doesn’t matter. Results were predetermined anyway.
Remember, it was global, and some countries have a compliance driven culture….
My group was chased until 100% of us voluntarily took survey of our own free will and on our own initiative.
