Thread regarding Intel Corp. layoffs

Role model companies for Intel to follow

Here some examples of companies that will grow and thrive by removing the discriminatory practices and policies that were implemented when earlier leadership caved to the demands of a minority of the population. Intel needs to make the changes to get back to quality as a priority over meeting forced artificial quotas that hurt the company and all employees.

Finally! This makes me so happy I think I'll go over to Tractor Supply and buy a John Deer riding mower.

DEI is certainly a problem. The sloppy "folx" being hired who hardly come into labs and who "wfh" tells me all I needed to know about intels priorities. Not to mention Indian nepotism. Intel needs a wake up call and yesterday.

You realize Deere just had a massive layoff and lowered their profit outlook…right? You realize farmers hate their walled garden business model…right? You realize Deere’s stock has been flat since 2020…right? Calling them a “model” company tells me you’re pretty ignorant.

Maybe the issue has less to do with DEI and more to do with bad leadership looking for a scapegoat
