I see a position in my former department posted with more responsibilities, involving more travel, but for significantly less money. Good luck finding good candidates.

Ha Ha @2hyz+1tyP0tuH you crack me up. When positions for Suncor pop-up on LinkedIn I don’t even open them. Even before Kruger the company had poor reputation handling the move from Ontario. With Kruger it has gone from bad to worse. I can honestly say it will be dang near impossible to attract competent people. Maybe HR should cruise Primerica meetings … lots of gullible individuals there,
