For those on this round’s LR list, does finding another role outside of Cisco before the 60 days impact severance at all?

You still get it. Just don't tell anyone. I started my new job a couple weeks before my final day, signed severance once the package came over...got the lump sums a couple weeks later.
Till what date should one stay to get severance? Assuming they are notified tomorrow?
How will they know if you get a new job? Couldn’t you just say no for the severance?
Hi, once you get your severance you can work anywhere however if you work for Cisco, you pay it back.
If you get any job anywhere prior to your severance date, you forfeit the severance.
