Thread regarding ExxonMobil Corp. layoffs

How much does a Project Executive make?

More specifically in the downstream at CL 30 and 25 years experience?

If that is your typical CL30 hipo, would guess that VP’s/Director’s who are probably more like CL 33/34 are closer to $2mn/pa total comp and President’s closer to $4mn pa total comp. With that kind of comp coming in for no risk, why rock the boat

CL30 can made 700k$+ with RSU and bonus, but only if they are on their way up and just passing through CL 30. OP says 25 years service so would be a terminal CL 30, not a a high flyer CL30 with the highest potential and ranking. With RSU and modest bonus, will be paid right around $400k.

Depends on Ranking...Wide range from $350 to 700K

It’s going to be too much considering how terribly uncompetitive that organization is. It should have been eliminated years ago

From what I can tell a project executive does very little except bully people around. If you do what you are told then maybe they will give you a boost. Otherwise they propagate bad ideas and burn bridges. Not worth the money.
