Ha! I get it.
They always have some cute sparkles and rainbow spin on things. Fu-k them. Dont trust them. They are not your friends. They are not here to protect you but protect the company.
If HR handles layoffs, they will layoff their own department and hire themselves back again with higher compensation as contractors. Problem solved.
For the rest of you schmucks, there will be a short notice meeting and 5 minutes to clean out your desk and a kick to the hind side when you leave the building.
