Customer sat will continue to plummet as they attempt to work with employees in India… we’ve run the experiment, it fails big every single time… but the accountants just love it!
Call it a site strategy. Notice we rarely hire in the SF Bay or NYC? Only if the person vacating the role was in SJ can we backfill and hire there. Both Chuck and Scott moved to Atlanta. This can’t be news to you…
