@1zmf+1u0jq3P2 personal days are only paid out in a handful of states. If yours isn't one of them, take the days or lose them before the end of March.
March here. I'm retiring so doesn't matter to me. I can do 6 more months.
I got March, which I don't really want to stay that long but it's the best situation financially so I'm happy with it.
How do personal days work with March release, do you have to take all 6 or will they get paid out. March is a good deal, accrue 3 vacation days per month = 9 days plus 6 personal
I received my VSP with an off date of 3/31. My VP submitted a business case asking for that.

four people in my team applied including myself, two were denied. I got earliest release date.
Yes I got December which I’m not happy about. I had a position with AT&T due to start in October.
I know one person who got December 20th...
I got 12/20 and I know several others who did too.
I know 4 in GCO got Dec and 1 March. Nobody denied.
Of two people who I know are in, one is Sept, one is Dec, so it was possible.
GTS was 99% 9/13...
Oh the wake up call for those tone deaf, out of touch "leaders" who think Infosys can handle it...
